Small Business Rates
My administrative task rate is $25.00/hr, and I charge in blocks of 15 minutes. I am always happy to prepare a per-job quote when new projects arise, and will always work within any budget you set. Please contact me for details on Monthly Retainer Rates.
Personal Assistance Rates
My personal assistance rate is $20.00/hr and I charge in blocks of 5 minutes. As with my business services, I am happy to present you with a per-job quote whenever requested. Fee Schedules
I charge my clients the balance or their accounts on the 1st and the 15th of every month via electronic invoice. Balances are payable via PayPal, GoogleCheckout, Credit/Debit (by phone or online), or a check by mail. Invoices are due one week (7 days) from issue (the 8th and 22nd of every month).
