- The Admins Office has the right to terminate or suspend a contract with a client for non-payment, disrespectful or harassing behavior, or non compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
- Costs and prices are subject to change at any time and without notice.
Website & Blog Design, Hosting, and Website Administration Terms & Conditions:
- Please contact me for a quote to build or rebuild your website! A quote will be given for all requests and an agreed upon deposit must be received prior to starting the work.
- All design/creation work will be done on an inactive site, meaning I will create your site on a sub-domain of mine (YourWebsiteName.TheAdminsOffice.Com). You will be able to view your new site design in progress on this site, however, work will not completed/released (moved to www.YourWebsiteName.com) until payment has been received in full via PayPal (you do not have to be a member to make a payment) or cleared personal/business check or money order.
- The Admins Office has the right to turn off any hosted website that contains illegal or inappropriate (deemed by me) material. If your website is turned off for having illegal or inappropriate content, you will be notified immediately and asked to remove the content. If the content is not removed from my server within 24 hours, your site will be deleted.
- Images are downloaded from iStock and stock.xchng ; any images downloaded are at cost to the client. If images are provided to The Admins Office, the client shall take sole responsibility for copyright agreements/ infringements for said images.
